Those look delicious. Way to ruin my carb-free wannabe diet.
How did you make them?

Re: Pretty white chocolate chip and macadamia muffins.
I followed the recipe and thought they were to dry. They were good but they weren't as outstanding as I though they were going to be. But taste was okay just turned out to dry. Probably doesn't help that I was on the phone and didn't hear it beep so it probably went to long in the oven too So I suggest a tad bit more milk than what the recipe calls for:
1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup white baking chips
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
GLAZE:
1/2 cup white baking chips
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (you could use milk too)
1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup white baking chips
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Next time I'll put more milk and make them softer...they are kinda like rocks...hopefully if I put a wet paper towel in with them it will help soften them up But they look pretty.

Wet paper towel? I never heard of this method...
I usually buy a box of cake mix, add an egg and some milk, slap the stuff in cups and bake it.
I need to learn to bake from scratch.

Its good I made this cake while I was back home from scratch it was called a "Black River Walnut Cake" OMG its like the best cake ever. It tasted AWESOME. It was nice and moist just yummy...
I know one reason they are dry is because I let them cook to long since I was on the phone and not paying attention
Yeah put a damp paper towel around whatever your warming up like biscuits and it will help put moisture back into the bread.
