This story has a happy ending for sure.

However, at one point in reading, I got the goosebumps...the article was written very well.

Wow.. I had goosebumps too. I hope that Chris has a friend like that and is a friend like that when he gets deployed.

Wow. Amazing. What a awesome friend. I wish everyone had a friend like that. I can only imagine what he thought when all he heard was a click....

Then theres that wife. Stupid woman. I wish people could just wait till their SO's got home before wanting to divorce them. I hate cowards that can't wait till they get home to tell them face to face. Boxing

Those guys are under so much stress as it is adding something like that to the load just pushes people over the edge.
