One or two story? Empty One or two story?

If you had to pick which would you prefer? We have always had a 2 story since we had Rosemary, but I think I want to have a one story. I'll find the link in a minute for the housing in Great Lakes.

I think this is neighborhood we are looking at. The floor plans are even on there. How cool is that?

One story. I find it so much easier. I'm scared of moving on base into a two story house.

I think the main thing is: Laundry. I hate the fact all the dirty clothes are upstairs yet the washer and dryer is on the first floor...seems totally pointless lol I already don't like laundry and take it down the steps to clean and up the steps to put away is going to make me hate it even more.

I think I am more excited that the laundry room is going to be in the house and not the garage. Every house I had down there it was in the garage, and it creeped me out! Bugs! Snakes! Eeeeeeewwwww!!!

The only thing that would make me want one story is I can toddler proof the house and jump in the shower while Connor watches TV. Thats what I do here but I couldn't do it when we had a 2 story

One for me definitely. I hate cleaning, DB & I are both messy freaks so having a 2 story would create more disaster.

I have always loved the one story but living on base with the two story I'm actually starting to really like it more.
