This is a great way to start running . . .
One of the student teachers passed it onto me when he saw I had started.
Plus it's way easier then what I've been doing!

I used to use that one for my patients. I wish I could still run, but everytime I do my stupid foot still swells. I had surgery on it a year ago. It shouldn't still be doing that. Humpf.

Do you get the "My foot hurts when it rains"?
Brad swears that's when his back hurts the worst.

Heck yes! I have hardware in it, so when it is cold and damp it hurts. Even today, it's warm, but it's so humid it kind of hurts a little bit.

Tried this out this morning . . . More of a workout then you expect!
