Ummm, I love it.

It's a log/journal that's ORGANIZED for everything I do throughout the day. It takes my height/weight and factors an average calorie/carb/fat intake. As the day goes through, I post what I ate, it deducts the calories and such...

I also can post my exercises, etc.

So far, I really like it. And, I had no idea I was taking in so, many, fucking, carbs. Irked

I think it's pretty weak that I just did an hour of yoga and want to puke. So much harder than people think it is. Doen't help that I had a massive headache to start.

I don't know that I could do yoga. lol

I think it would kick my ass.

Jon did it with a couple guys when they were on ship. There was a class and they were all..."Ah, pfft, it's a chick exercise." He told me it kicked his ass. lol

You can adjust your ticker.

Go to your profile and click, "personalize your ticker".

You can set it so it doesn't show that!

So my darling husband comes home and runs for about an hour everynight. When I told him I need time to workout too he gave me the "It's part of my job" blah blah blah. I NEED to workout though. I am trying like hell to get off this diabetes medicine, but apparently that is all my fault and I shouldn't have let it happen. MyFitnessPal.com Icon_eek

Sorry for the threadjack. I was superly pissed though.

I like food too much! Probably how I got to where I'm at. lol

We are just not used to living together. Especially with me not working or going to school right now. And he's on shore duty, so no work-ups, no field ops, it's different for us. We are both too damn independent.
