Wow. I am SO glad someone called 911. Now days people will see something bad happen and just turn their head so that they don't have to be involved. Poor woman...I hope that man is deported!

yea i know, whats even more shocking is that it happened in philly and someone reported it that usually doesnt happen. im sure he will be once hes caught the dumbass left his wallet so it prolly wont be that hard to track him down
