Crockpot Pork Tenderloin Empty Crockpot Pork Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS:

1 pork tenderloin (whatever size, like 2 lbs or so)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
2 tsp miced garlic
1/2 cup water
1 cup red wine (or water if you don't have it, I usually don't)
Couple of shakes of soy sauce
black pepper, to taste

Throw it all in the crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours, high 4-6, or until it's done. Gotta love the crock pot!

It sucks for me. I'm gone for 10 hours a day. Even my roasts get slightly overdone. sigh

Jeannette...try to use meat that is a little frozen still. It will thaw and cook, and the water from it defrosting will make the meat more tender.

with the slow cooker we have..you can put it on and set a timer...then when the time is up it automatically puts the slow cooker on warm so it wont over cook
