Easy Chicken Dinner
I'm simple. Most of you are too.
6 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 box of Uncle Ben's Chicken and Broccoli Rice
1 can of Campbells Cream of Chicken
Spray a pan with some olive oil Pam
Season the chicken with Italian Seasoning (you know, the Rosemary, Sage, etc...)
Fry them on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
When they look almost done and the pan is pretty dried up, throw in the cream of chicken with 3/4 can of water. Mix the soup/water...
Cook it on medium for about 15 more minutes (until thoroughly cooked through....
Serve with rice. The chicken soup makes a pretty good gravy and keeps the chicken nice and moist.
Cheap and easy.

You could throw all of it in a pan, uncooked, then bake in in the oven. I don;t think it would then be mushy then.

Re: Easy Chicken Dinner
You can just do it in the morning or then night before then put it in the fridge too. I do that with a ton of things so I don't have to cook too much when I get home.

Re: Easy Chicken Dinner
I've been getting up, Wesson has been sleeping in.
Liz, with the uncooked rice, you'd add the water right before you cook it then right? Or would you add the water and then freeze it with the meal?

Re: Easy Chicken Dinner
Add the water before. Then all you have to do is defrost and cook it. Maybe cut it by half though since there will be water from it thawing out.
