Running

I am going to try to start running everyday. Starting monday. Since I work all weekend I am going to be completely exhausted anyways

I can't run I get shin splints but I go to the gym three days a week! Good luck on running!

Good luck running! I can't run, my lungs burn & my head feels like exploding. My legs don't hurt though.

I have asthma too.. It sucks. Tonight at work (yesterday too) I started having trouble with it again 
So I may put off running. But damnit I want to do something...
