Running Empty Running

Started running this morning . . . Got up at 5AM!
I made it about 2 blocks running, then walked the rest lol
I knew I was out of shape but that was BAD!

I was at a party this past weekend and my friend runs 8 miles a day like it's nothing . . . I would like to work up to at least a mile by the end of summer! lol
