No the Sprite wasn't a meal dumby. It CAME with the meal.
I might bring some mater' soup tomorrow... Hmmmm... How does that with the bacon and cheese add up on the chart?

Re: MyFitnessPal.com
You can always add it in yourself. Is it Campbells? I can pull that off of the soup can. I don't think it makes a difference how much water you use, it still holds the same nutritional value.
Re: MyFitnessPal.com
I'm stuck with 1.5 cups of Uncle Ben's Broccoli Au Gratin and 2 cups of balled watermelon for dinner. That's all I can figure out to eat in the house.
I've been overindulging in protein. And if it doesn't have protein, it's outrageous in carbs.

Its really hard to stay at 1300 calories.....I'm not really one to count calories so I don't stay right at the number it gives me. But oh well...once I start working out again I can actually eat more food

Re: MyFitnessPal.com
I guessed on my weight because Wes lost the scale when we moved. So I put 155 and I want to be 135
