You can always add it in yourself. Is it Campbells? I can pull that off of the soup can. I don't think it makes a difference how much water you use, it still holds the same nutritional value. lol

I'm stuck with 1.5 cups of Uncle Ben's Broccoli Au Gratin and 2 cups of balled watermelon for dinner. That's all I can figure out to eat in the house.

I've been overindulging in protein. And if it doesn't have protein, it's outrageous in carbs. lol

Its really hard to stay at 1300 calories.....I'm not really one to count calories so I don't stay right at the number it gives me. But oh well...once I start working out again I can actually eat more food lol
