Ya, it's not just your weight. I'm 180 and my calorie goal should be 1370.

I blew it out of the water today though. sadeyes

I was on the run and got some Taco Bell.

Needless to say, my remainder of the day will be water and some watermelon balls. That's alright though.

I like tracking everything because it keeps me in check and forces me to find alternative foods.

i.e...smart choices for fast food and avoiding the hell out of soda...

I only put that I was going to work out 2 times a week for 30 mintues at a time. I don't know why I got such a high calorie count.

But I like doing it. It really does make you conscious about what you're eating and makes you find alternative foods rather than McDonalds, etc. Thanks for sharing Jeannette!

Could be your height and weight too. I had the same workout plan.

I'm so mad about Taco Bell.

I think I'm going to buy a whole rotisseree chicken and use it throughout the week.

Chicken salad, chicken strip salads, chicken wraps, chicken for dinner......

I know. I need to go to the grocery store. I'm not a happy chicken person. lol

Yesterday I did awesome on my food intake, but I was a little hungry after dinner. I just upped my water to feel full. I noticed with switching the diet around, I'm alot more thirsty than I usually am.

I don't think I'll ever be able to get up to 8 a day. lol

I'm already shocked with about 3-4 a day. I only drink when I'm thirsty, and I'm rarely thirsty!

&& I just looked up in the data base what a Taco Bell Nachos Bell Grande totaled and what an Applebees Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad totaled.

Nachos- 770 calories Salad- 1340 calories
42 fat 34 fat
78 carbs 70 carbs
20 protein 61 protein

wowser

[I chose the salad b/c we make those at work, and I chose the nachos b/c that usually what I eat when we go to tbell.]

I'm hoping to be under tomorrow!

I'm having a fried egg on toast, an apple for a snack. Maybeeeeeee coffee too.

For lunch, I have a small piece of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips and fried with marsala sauce over some romaine lettuce, a handful of shredded cheese, and some italian dressing. I made it tonight. Very Happy I hope it's as yummy tomorrow as it looked going into the fridge...

That should leave me with plenty of space for dinner. I'll probably have some spaghetti since I should have enough carb/calorie space left!

What kind of noodles and sauce do you use?

I have the Barilla noodles and Ragu sauce. It was worse than eating out at Panera nutrition-wise. lol
