Hey girls, how is everyone doing with this????? so I've had a big fat unhealthy streak....... I ended up with RSV last week and then the stomach bug AGAIN...... I've been laid up on the couch for a little more than a week.... it's RIDONKULOUS...... hoping to stop coughing soon..... right now, I get out of breath and cough just walking to the kitchen.

I promise to start up again as soon as I kick this sickness to the curb.... let me just say, it's been horrible!

She said that the muscles we're trying to fix also affect my core muscles. So...no strenuous core exercises. She knew the whole Shred routine and told me to do the light-modified version and omit the bad exercises.
