This morning. Although I have my shirt pulled down...maybe because I'm in black but I felt pretty good about myself. Scale says I haven't lost anything...hopefully its just turning into muscles. lol

I would say you are looking pretty darn good!
I'm sure a lot of it is turning into muscle. Don't feel bad if it says you even gained some weight!

This gives me slightly more motivation to work out . . . kind of lol

hey ya'll!! I swear I haven't given up on you or the 30-day shred..... my house has been infected lately!!! Now I have RSV and I'm struggling to get by and I have NO voice left..... so long story short..... I'll be doing a lot of catching up once I'm healthy!!!
