Chili Tot Casserole
INGREDIENTS
1 Bag Of Tater Tots
2 cans Chili (or leftover, I use what I put in the freezer when I have lots left over)
1 pkg Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 sm. Onions (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place tater tots on bottom of 9 x 11 casserole dish. Put chili over the tots, sprinkle shredded cheese (and onions) then top with remaining tater tots and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melted and tots start to brown, about 30 minutes.
Super easy and even my kiddo eats it. Can add hot dogs too, then it's like a chili cheese hot dog. Mmmmmm....

Re: Chili Tot Casserole
That sounds really good!!! I'm going to have to make this one.
Chili and tots are the best of both worlds.

Re: Chili Tot Casserole
I thought about you when posting it.
You can make 2, and freeze one to eat later. You can buy those disposable 8x8 aluminum pans and freeeze it in that. I used to do that when DH was deployed. I couldn't eat the whole 9x11 size, so I would half it in an 8x8 (not really half, but it's okay with this recipe) and then still have enough for lunch the next day.

Don't worry, I have lots more to come!
Are there any other catgories of food I should post? I was going to just post whatever I thought sounded good. Any requests?
