Day 5. It was so much easier today. I didn't have to struggle through...I actually enjoyed it and wasn't thinking "is 20 minutes up yet!"

I am still sweating like a pig doing it..... but no pain. And it has gotten a little easier.... I can do more push-ups without break now, than before.... and I do more of the squats without break now too! yay

Maybe I'm delusional, but my pants feel looser today!

Oh I hate it when she does that. Yesterday she just pissed me off. I wanted to punch her when she's like..."Lets get right into jumprope!" I hate jumping rope... Stupid asthma... I always end up skipping. teehee

I know...me too its weird because I can jump rope with an actual rope..but when it comes to jumping without a rope its like I have a handicap lol
