Just did my work out with a little help from Mackenzie...... yeah that's a little difficult.... but Kenny is working nights now! So don't have much of a choice.

Getting a little easier, so I am making it more difficult which means I sweat more!

Tonight was SO much better than the first three days. I wasn't as sore today. Its kinda getting boring doing the same thing over and over. BUT I got it done. I can tell I'm working how because I am STARVING all day. I can't seem to eat enough..

I think I ate more for dinner than Wes did. I was starving. I thought I was going to eat a finger off while I was at work tonight.

Day 4 was great. I felt great! I even shaved my legs I feel so damn good!

Dude I am sooooo hungry!!!! I also think that I'm premenstral which just makes it a hundred times worse!!!! I want to EAT CONSTANTLY!!!!!!

But I'm with ya'll - overall I'm feeling really good!!! I like it..... it does get repetitive but I keep telling myself, 20 minutes, 20 minutes, I can do this for 20 minutes!

I have to admit.... the push-ups are getting easier and so are the crunches..... I still have to break sometimes..... but I try to only rest 5 seconds like she says to do.
