hand weights and maybe a mat.... but I got mine from the dollar section at Target..... so nothing special!

Ok...so I didn't do level 2...but I added 50 crunches and 20 sidebends (each side) to my nightly shindig.

I just talk to myself (in my head). Which probably makes me sound like some kind of nutjob but it really works...

I'll do 5, and start to hurt, and then go..."No!...5 more!...6...7...dammit...no...8...9...10...yesssss...5 more...11...12..."

I saw a picture of myself from 2 years ago and...I miss that. I miss having my size 13's "almost loose"...now...I can put them on, but I'll be damned if I don't zip them up and lose my ability to bend at the knees. And don't get me started on the belly overhang from having a watermelon of a child...

I legitimately thought I was going to die on Level 2.

I had to bust out my inhaler afterwards. I think I'll stick with Level 1 a little longer.

Really! I loved level 2. It is just a better work out for me. I can't do all that jumping around that is in level 1. But I still have to take some breaks on level 2 but its was my second day to do it. I can see a difference in my tummy...but my scale says I haven't lost anything. DH looked at the picture I took on day one an then yesterday and he said "yeah...you've lost a little weight"

I haven't lost a SINGLE POUND but I feel like I look a little bit different. It seems like my lovehandles are shrinking...slowly. Ever...so...slowly.

Yeah...I took a picture.......as far as the scale it says I haven't lost anything ...but working out is just reshaping my fat my love handles is where I can tell the most difference.

I don't mind if my fat gets re-shaped and moved around a little bit. It can all go to my gigantic ass for all I care...as long as it removes itself from my waistline.

Gotta be ready for when we go to the beach this summer.
