OMG....I had to cheat on the jump roping...I just couldn't do anymore...I like laying on the ground...I can do those...but the legs OMG...and my arms are all quivering...she beat me up...

You just do level one again right for day two? I'm gonna wait until tonight to do it again...But I am excited. John said he was going to do level three tonight...I can't wait for Jillian to kick his butt lol

well I skipped yesterday but I took Mackenzie to Monkey Joes and I was sore from climbing up the ladders over and over and over again. I think I burned at least as many calories doing that! Smile

But I'll be back on the bandwagon tonight!

I couldn't do it last night. I can hardly pick Wesson up because my legs are so sore. I'm gonna do Day 3 tonight! ...pending my back feels better!!!

Well last night was better...but this morning I am pretty sore...last night I was so sore every time I moved I woke up...so I didn't sleep good lol

Tonight will probably be really hard since I'm already really sore.

Day 3 wasn't too bad. I accomplished all of it, including jump rope. I'm not going to move up to level 2 until day 10.

Oh thats good. Is it digital or just a normal scale? Reese broke my digital one so after that I just went and got a normal scale...that way he couldn't break it lol

I worked out again...I really hope this soreness goes away soon. I was sore all day today could barely walk lol

but after I worked out I felt better...now the soreness is coming back mumble

...I will be taking some Tylenol tonight before bed lol

So taking the 3rd day off helped me so much. My knees/thighs hurt too bad and I felt much better today. It's the 4th day but technically the 3rd and I felt great after finishing it! Woot!

I was even...checkin myself out in the mirror today after working out. ROFL

I just did day four. I feel great. I could actually walk down the stairs this morning without hesitation, and really have no soreness.
I'm afraid if I take a day off, I will be much more sore the day after I start doing it again. So I'm going to try to do it everyday.
