Seasoned Chicken Breast and Scalloped Potatoes

I'm one of those "ready in under an hour"...meal folks...

I ALWAYS buy the bags of boneless skinless chicken breasts so here's what's for dinner...

3 - Thawed boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mrs Dash seasoning
Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1 - Box of Cheesy Scalloped potatoes


I line a pan with aluminum foil and place the chicken breasts on it...
Next, spray some olive oil cooking spray over the top (I usually get a little bit underneath...keeps it from sticking...)
Sprinkle plain ol' Mrs Dash seasoning on top to taste. (I like alot.)

Prepare Cheesy Scalloped potatoes as directed on box.

Put BOTH in oven for 45 minutes (do not flip chicken at any time)...

Serve.

I usually serve the chicken with Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce. It comes out really tender and juicy.

You can also serve with Broccoli Au Gratin rice or something or other...

Its funny because my grandpa always said if Nanny left him he would marry Ms. Debbys and my grandma said well thats fine because all she makes is cakes he said well thats true I guess I wouldn't want to marry her then.

Mmmmm Nutty Bars!

I love Nutty Bars they are probably my favorite. I like to pull the layers apart.

YES! That's the ONLY way to eat them!

When they're nice and warm, you slide the layers apart and eat them with the peanut buttery side down.

Then...you lick your fingers.
